Incorrect version of SH32W32.DLL; Scientific Notebook won't start

Problem

If you have installed the preview release of Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0. and you attempt to run Scientific Notebook, the program won't start.

Explanation

This is because of a bug in sh32w32.dll (a file we received from a third-party supplier of development tools), which is located in your Windows system directory.

Solution

You must update to a newer version of sh32w32.dll. Follow these instructions:
