Creating files that are portable to Scientific Notebook

Version: 3.0 - Scientific WorkPlace, Scientific Word, & Scientific Notebook

In Version 3.0 of Scientific WorkPlace and Scientific Word, you can create files that are portable to Scientific Notebook.

For completely portable files, create the document using a document shell from the Scientific Notebook shell directory and avoid using any TeX fields in the document.

To create a Version 3.0 document with a Scientific Notebook shell:

1. From the File menu, choose New.

2. From the Shell Directories list, choose Scientific Notebook.

3. From the Shell Files list, choose the shell you want.

4. Choose OK.
