Including .bbl files

Q. Is there a way to create a single file that contains my SW document and its BibTeX bibliography?

A. Yes. Another user suggested this method:

1. Create your SW document, including any citations for items in your BibTeX database file and the Insert Bibliography field, which appears on your screen as a gray box containing [BIBTEX].

2. Compile the document and generate the bibliography (.bbl) file.

3. In your SW document, find and delete the [BIBTEX] field.

4. Place the insertion point where you want the bibliography to begin.

5. From the File menu, choose Import Contents and import the .bbl file.

6. Save your document.
