How to reinstall fonts for V. 2.5
Version: 2.5 - Scientific WorkPlace, Scientific Word, & Scientific
Notebook
If Windows can't find the TrueType fonts needed to preview and print your
document, you need to remove and then reinstall them.
-
Remove the fonts.
-
In the Windows Program Manager, select the Main
group.
-
Select Control Panel.
-
Select Fonts.
-
From the Fonts list, select the fonts listed
below. You can select each one separately or you can use the ctrl or shift
buttons to select multiple fonts.

For each selection, choose Remove.
-
Leave the Delete Font File from Disk box
unchecked.
-
Choose Yes.
-
Reinstall the fonts.
-
In the Fonts window, choose Add.
-
In the Directories box in the Add Fonts window,
specify swp25/tex/fonts/truetype.
(If your Scientific WorkPlace directory has a different name, use it in place
of swp25.
-
Choose Select All.
-
Uncheck the option to Copy Fonts to Windows
Directory.
-
Choose OK.
-
Choose Close.
Reinstall these 120 fonts:
